Refund and Returns Policy

KTSA shall accept returned products or refund customers in accordance with the relevant sections of the Consumer Protection Act and in conjunction with the Returns/Refunds Policy set out below.

KTSA prides itself on offering a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your KTSA product. KTSA reserves the right to rectify/fix/replace any product as an alternative to a cash refund. On receipt and acceptance of the returned product, KTSA will make all reasonable efforts to rectify/fix/replace the said product, but if this is not possible, KTSA will refund the purchase price, including the delivery cost.

Defective Products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality, in good working order, and free from defects.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects:

  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage of the product.
  • Damage arising from failure to adequately care for the product.
  • Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.
  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you or your vehicle.
  • Signs of handling and/or repackaging.

Non-Standard Sizes and Custom-Branded Items

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-standard sizes or custom-branded items where the incorrect size, specifications, branding, or design details were supplied or approved by the customer at the time of ordering.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking and confirming all measurements, sizes, branding, artwork, colours, quantities, and other custom requirements before approving an order. Once production has commenced, custom or non-standard orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned unless the item is defective or does not match the approved order specifications.

Returns and Shipping

In the event that a return is granted, the purchaser will be responsible for paying for the shipping of the item to be returned and must ensure that the product is properly packaged.
