5-Year Limited Warranty

1.1. This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1.2. The warranty must be activated within 2 weeks from the purchase date via the online warranty activation form.

2. Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Material defects

  • Premature wear under normal usage

  • Workmanship faults

  • Splitting or tearing under normal use

3. Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning

  • Commercial use beyond standard wear

  • Damage from chemicals, fire, or floods

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Colour fading due to standard UV exposure

  • Changes in appearance due to dirt, stains, or cleaning agents

3.1. KTSA reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

3.2. The limited warranty only applies to products explicitly marked as covered by a limited warranty.
